1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Nexus Node website, completing a purchase, activating panel access, or using the Nexus Node Discord bot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase, activate, or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and the operator of Nexus Node (“we,” “us,” or “Owner”). Your continued use of the Service after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Nexus Node provides Discord server management tools, including configurable commands, moderation utilities, embed builders, ticketing, verification, and related panel-based configuration. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change as described in Section 4.

3. Purchases, Billing, and Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Once payment is completed and your order is verified—whether by card, PayPal, Cash App, or any other accepted method—your transaction is considered final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or chargebacks for partial periods, unused time, accidental purchases, server transfers, or dissatisfaction with features that were disclosed at the time of sale.

You are responsible for confirming the correct plan, billing period, guild ID, and account details before checkout. Pricing, included commands, and feature access are defined on our website and in your order confirmation. Support may assist with technical issues but cannot override this no-refund policy except where required by applicable law.

4. Service Modifications and Owner Discretion

Nexus Node is actively developed and maintained. The Owner reserves the right to add, remove, modify, restrict, or discontinue any command, feature, panel tool, integration, or tier benefit at any time, with or without prior notice, when necessary for security, compliance, platform changes, abuse prevention, or product improvement.

Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting paid tiers may be communicated through our website or Discord support server, but failure to provide notice does not limit the Owner’s discretion under these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use and Enforcement

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse toward individuals or groups;
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware distribution, or fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting, reverse-engineering, or attempting to bypass panel access, payment, or security controls;
• Using the bot to automate harmful raids, ban evasion, or mass disruption of Discord servers;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing panel credentials in a manner that violates your plan or our policies;
• Any activity that exposes Nexus Node, its infrastructure, or other users to legal or platform risk.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have used the Service for wrong or harmful intentions, your access may be suspended or permanently banned without refund. Enforcement actions may include revocation of panel keys, removal of the bot from your guild, cancellation of active subscriptions without reimbursement, and refusal of future service. We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking action in serious or clear-cut cases.

6. Panel Access and Account Security

Panel secrets, passwords, and activation tokens are your responsibility. You must not share credentials except with authorized staff on your server. Unauthorized access caused by shared or leaked credentials is your liability. We may disable compromised keys to protect the Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service would harm Nexus Node or third parties. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any remaining subscription period and are not entitled to a refund.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Discord update or third-party integration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Node shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect revisions. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material purchase-related changes, we encourage you to review this page before placing new orders.

Questions about these Terms or your account may be directed through our official Discord support server. Technical support is offered as a courtesy and does not create obligations beyond these Terms.

By completing a purchase or using Nexus Node, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including the no-refund policy, the Owner’s discretion to modify commands and features, and the right to ban accounts used for prohibited purposes without refund.
